We place great importance on the quality of our products, and each doll undergoes thorough inspection before leaving the factory. If you receive a doll with any defects or damages, please provide your order ID, product pictures, or videos, and contact our customer service representatives immediately at:

We will provide a solution for you as soon as possible. Our customer service hours are as follows:

Weekdays: 24-hour response

Weekends and holidays: 48-hour response

Order Cancellation:

Customers have the right to cancel orders before shipment without giving any reason, but 

The following rates for cancellation and restocking fees apply based on when you notify us of this request:

Within 4 hours – you will receive a 93% refund.
Within 24 hours – you will receive an 80% refund.

To cancel an order, please notify our customer service representative with a clear statement. Please note that orders cannot be canceled after shipment (i.e., after we provide you with a tracking number).

Return Policy:

Products that have been opened are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged. Please note that we do not accept returns solely because the customer dislikes the product after receiving or using it. The processing time for returns is 3-5 working days, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We may withhold the refund until the returned product is received.
